Tom was very professional, great service coming back the same day to replace our vacuum motor which was 24 yrs old and adding another outlet downstairs. I needed the vacuum for our business fixed and was a bit worried how long it would take. We use it every day to keep our martial arts mats clean so even a 3-4 day wait would have been long. This was the first place I called and they had it fixed about an hour after I dropped it off.
