I’ve been meaning to write a review for quite awhile!!! I’ve been dealing with this fabulous company and store since we moved here in 2002. I Vacuum everyday ( I know sad, right lol) they have excellent service!!! Tom has always treated me with respect and unbelievable knowledge!!! I just replaced our central system. I can’t thank him enough. It’s our second one😉. I know when ever I have a problem he doesn’t hesitate to help, sometimes he’ll fix the problem whilst we go shopping! ( the same day). So nice we can always count on him!! Thank you again for excellent service!!😊

We're very happy with the work Tom performed on our central vac. He diagnosed the reason why the suction was week and suggested he install a new motor. Now it works like new and the cost was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family.

Took my vacuum to get repaired and Tom and his staff were awesome! They talked to me honestly about the economics of fixing our 17 year old Miele against buying a new one and they didn't try to upsell me on a more expensive model when we decided on a new one. Great service, great staff, great people! Definately recommend them.

The minute I walked in gray hair gentlemen looked at me like I had horns growing out of my head. No hello , no smile, just a what do you need .
