I was very impressed with Tom's willingness to do whatever it took to make me a happy customer. I had several challenges getting the central vacuum installed and he was very patient with my calls. Three weeks after my initial repair, the same issue happened again. Upon calling the store owner, Tom, I was offered a trade-in for a brand new replacement vacuum seeing as mine is going on 15 years old and worn out. Tom was professional, courteous and sympathetic to my needs. Would definitely recommend!
