2. About Your Vacuum Superstore

Your Vacuum Superstore is a family-owned retail and service business based in Kelowna, BC, serving the Okanagan region since 1994. We sell new vacuums, central vacuum systems, replacement parts, and home cleaning products, and we provide repair and service for most major brands.

3. Products & Pricing

We do our best to display every product accurately, including descriptions, specifications, images, and prices. However:

• Product images are for illustration and may not reflect the exact colour, packaging, or included accessories.
• Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, cancel affected orders, or refuse service at our discretion.
• Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we'll contact you to arrange a substitute, backorder, or full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an Order

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and in-store cash, debit, and credit transactions. Payment must be received in full before any order is shipped or picked up.

Order Confirmation

You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. A second email is sent when the order ships or is ready for pickup. Please keep these for your records.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 within Canada. For orders under $99, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight.

• Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from Kelowna.
• Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, typically 2–10 business days.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather events.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. Please inspect packages on arrival and report damage to us within 48 hours.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window on most products. Please review our full Return Policy for complete details on eligibility, conditions, and how to initiate a return.

In short: items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We do not charge restocking fees. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded in full, with return shipping covered by us.

7. Warranty Service

Many of our products are covered by manufacturer warranties, which vary by brand and model. For warranty service or repairs, please contact us first — we'll help coordinate with the manufacturer or handle the service in-house when applicable.

Your Vacuum Superstore is an authorized service provider for most major vacuum brands sold in our store. Warranty terms, coverage periods, and conditions are set by each manufacturer and are not under our control.

8. Repairs & Service

When you bring a vacuum in for repair, we'll provide a diagnosis and quote before any work is performed. Approved repairs are typically completed within 3–7 business days, depending on parts availability.

• Uncollected repairs left for more than 60 days after completion may be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.
• We are not responsible for any data, settings, or accessories lost during service.
• Repair quotes are valid for 14 days from issue.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and the "Your Vacuum Superstore" name and branding — is the property of Your Vacuum Superstore or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law.
