Who we are

Your Vacuum Superstore is a vacuum retail and repair store located at 2121 Springfield Rd #9, Kelowna, BC V1Y 7X1, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through vacsuperstore.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and BC’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect and why

Orders: when you buy from us we collect your name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and details of your purchase, so we can process and deliver your order, provide warranty service and meet tax and accounting obligations. Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see or store your full card number.

Contact and quotes: if you contact us or request a quote we keep your message and contact details to respond to you.

Reviews: after a purchase we may email you once to invite you to review your product. You can ignore the invitation or unsubscribe, and reviews you submit are published with the name you provide.

Cookies and analytics

Our site uses cookies. Some are essential (your cart, checkout and security); others are used only with your consent, for statistics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (Google Ads). Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the store: PayPal (payments), shipping carriers, Google (analytics and advertising measurement, with your consent) and our website hosting providers. Some of these providers store data outside Canada (for example in the United States); where that happens, your information is subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required for warranty, tax and accounting purposes, and contact messages for as long as needed to assist you. You may ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent to non-essential cookies at any time, and unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link it contains.
