Went to the Penticton homeshow weekend of Sept 19th, 2026 thinking more about looking at hot tubs than a vacuum cleaner and ended up buying a Miele Triflex HX1.  Love it.  It sucks up dirt like I've never seen.  After the summer we had with the soot from the Summerland fires and the Okanagan dust, I feel a lot better knowing that we made a great decision to buy one. I Purchased a second hose, power head and floor kit from Tom for our second level of our home.  Tom is very knowledgeable  about what he sells. We have also puchased repair parts and other products in the past.

Excellent customer service. I had brought in my old power attachment to be cleaned and serviced. Unfortunately, when I came to take it home they could not locate it. But, no problem. I purchased a reconditioned Miracle Mate Platinum.  When I first called, Tom was busy at a home show.  He got back to me the same day and had to get a unit prepped for me.
